Return and Refund Policy
CONSUMER RIGHTS – CALL –
CANCELLATION AND PRODUCT RETURN CONDITIONS
GENERAL:
1.If you place an order in
electronic form through the website you are using, you are deemed to have
accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract which
are provided to you.
2.Buyers are subject to the
provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers No 6502 and Regulation on
Distance Contracts (RG: 27.11.2014 / 29188) and other legislation in force with
regard to the sale and delivery of the products they purchase.
3.Cargo charges for product
shipment will be paid by the buyers.
4.Each purchased product
shall be delivered to the person and / or organization shown at the end of the
30-day legal period. If the product is not delivered within this time, Buyers
may terminate the contract.
5.The purchased product
must be complete and in accordance with the specifications specified in the
order, and if available, documentation such as warranty document and user
manual.
6.If it becomes impossible
to sell the purchased product, the seller must notify the buyer in writing
within 3 days of learning this. The total price must be returned to the Buyer
within 14 days.
IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT
VALUE IS NOT PAID:
7.If the buyer can not pay
for the purchased product or cancels it in the bank records, the seller’s
obligation to deliver the product ends.
SHOPPING THROUGH THE USE OF
CREDIT CARD WITH UNCERTAIN OWNER:
8.If it is determined that
the credit card paid by the buyer has been used unauthorized by the
unauthorized person after the delivery of the product and the item sold is not
paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer
shall notify the seller of the contract product within 3 days He has to return
it to the seller.
IF THE PRODUCT CAN NOT BE
DELIVERED ON TIME BECAUSE OF UNEXPECTED CONDITIONS:
9.If there is a force
majeure that the seller can not predict, and if the product can not be
delivered in the promised time, the situation is reported to the Buyer. The
buyer may request the cancellation of the order, the replacement of the item
with a similar product, or the deferral of the delivery until after the
interruption. If the buyer cancels the order; If the payment has been made in

the product bank within 14 days from the cancellation, but the bank can

10.The Buyer shall inspect

GIVEN TIME TO RETRACT:
13.If the buyer has
purchased a service, the period starts from the date the contract is signed of
14 days. Before the end of the right of withdrawal, the right of withdrawal can
not be used in the service contracts whose service is started with the approval
of the consumer.
14.The expenses arising
from the use of the right to withdrawal belong to the SELLER.
15.In order to use the
right of withdrawal, notification should be made within 14 (fourteen) days by
written notice by registered mail, fax or e-mail addressed to the SELLER, and
the product should not be used within the scope of the provisions of product use.
USE THE RIGHT OF
WITHDRAWAL:
16.3. (If the item to be
refunded is an enterprise, if it is refunded, it must be sent together with a
refund card issued by the institution.) Order refunds issued on behalf of the

17.The return form must be
delivered complete and undamaged together with the box, package, if any

RETURN OF GOOD CONDITIONS:
18.The SELLER is obliged to
return the documents which put the total price and the SELLER in debt within 10
days from the receipt of the notice of withdrawal to the BUYER and to receive
the goods within 20 days period.
19.If there is a reduction
in the value of the goods due to the fault of the RECIPIENT, or if the return
becomes impossible, the PURCHASER is obliged to compensate for the damages of
the SELLER in the nature of the defect. However, the PURCHASER shall not be
liable for any alteration or deterioration that occurs due to the proper use of
the goods or the product within the right of withdrawal.
20.If the right of
withdrawal is used, the discount amount used within the scope of the campaign
will be canceled if it is below the campaign limit amount set by the SELLER.

WHEN DO I RECEIVE THE
REFUND OF THE GOOD THAT ARE CANCELLED OR RETURNED ?
Your card will be refunded
after the product is checked for compliance with the return conditions.
Depending on your bank, it may take a few days to see your refund on your card.
Your refund will be done in the way you have done your payment. In installments,

PRODUCTS THAT CAN NOT BE
REFUNDED:
21.Swimwear and underwear,
swimwear tops and bikini bottoms, makeup materials, disposable items, goods
which are dangerous for immediate deterioration or which are likely to pass the
expiration date and which are prepared in accordance with the request of the
PURCHASER, products which are not suitable for health and hygiene when they are
packed by the BUYER and which are returned by the BUYER, products which are
mixed with other products after delivery and whose nature can not be separated,
goods related to periodicals such as newspapers and magazines other than those
provided under the Subscription Agreement, digital contents, software programs,
data recording and data storage devices, computer consumables, packaging of
goods or services, such as audio or video recordings, books, digital content,
software programs, it is not possible to comply with the Regulation if it is
opened by the PURCHASER. It is also not possible to use the right of withdrawal
for services rendered with the consent of the consumer before the end of the
right of revocation has come to an end.
22.Unopened, untested,
unopened packaging for return of cosmetic and personal care products,
underwear, swimwear, bikinis, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs,
VCDs, CDs and tapes as well as stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, tape
etc.) and they must be unused.

23.The PURCHASER agrees,
declares and undertakes that he will pay interest and be liable to the bank
within the framework of the credit card agreement between the card holder bank
